Parco Bacchelli is the new sports area located in the heart of Ferrara's Bassani Urban Park. A large structure with an entire park, dedicated to water, health and fun for young and old. Divided into two areas, an outdoor area for the summer and an indoor area that is open 12 months a year thanks to its 250 m2 indoor swimming pool.
It is the flagship of our park, open from May until September and consisting of 1 eight-lane 50 m Olympic pool for sports and free swimming, 1 lagoon pool sloping down like a beach with water heights varying between 15 cm and 125 cm. In addition, you will have a fantastic solarium with sun loungers and parasols, partly on grass and partly on tiled floors next to the Olympic pool. Finally, you can enjoy a game of beach volleyball on real sand by booking one of our professional courts.
The indoor area is open from September to May and consists of a 25 m pool. - 5 lanes, with at least one lane dedicated to free swimming at all times (outside the times dedicated to competitive clubs), a 1.20-metre high teaching pool and a portion of the gymnasium for use as a soft gymnastics, fitness and dance training room.

We have a total of 3 swimming pools, 1 indoor pool of 250 square metres, 1 outdoor Olympic pool of 50 metres and an outdoor lagoon of 545 square metres with depths between 15 cm and 125 cm.
In the gym we organise classes such as Pilates, stretching, total body and dance classes for girls from September to May
This is a dedicated children's play area with spraying arches, water cannons and 9 fun activities for the little ones with water always playing a leading role.
A new function for the area of the old outdoor pool in the Via Bacchelli area with sunbeds and umbrellas, partly positioned on green grass and partly on a paved structure, a stone's throw from the Olympic swimming pool.
